My copy came today, so I guess that means I have one of the "Collector's" editions ;). Now just to figure out when and how to get it autographed.

Thanks, Bart.

re: a valuable first edition. The first printing first edition of "Cold Mountain" had a single typo on a page early in the book. That book is worth some cash. After it became a best seller. After it was made into a movie with a hick sounding Renee Zellweger and nekkid people.

Don't hold your breath. But thanks for reading it anyway ;^)

Thanks for an awesome read. Got it yesterday and couldn't put it down. Read the whole book. God has started a movement among churches that no longer are relevant to their community. Thanks again for putting down in black and white honest, real, painful and blessed experiences. Several of your experiences were déjà vu to me.

"The vision that moved both of us was to transition our churches to e biblically faithful bodies that connect culturally, influence locally and extend globally." (Page 11, first print)

As a side; because I got a first print of the first edition, with mistakes that I must have overlooked, does this mean that I have a collector's item?
